We will not be running evening classes this Friday, July 3rd because of the Holiday Weekend. 

We will be offering 9am, 10am, and 11am classes this Friday. 

We will have “Open Gym” from 9am-12pm this Saturday, 4th of July. 

We will resume regular hours on Monday July 6th. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Athlete Spotlight July 2015 – Jason Bolden

Congrats to Jason!! He is July’s Spotlight Athlete.He prides himself on moving with quality and efficiency- understanding that faster is not better, better is better. He claims he isn’t a people person but you can usually find him hanging out before and after class chatting with his LUNAtic teammates or laughing with the Wolf Pack.
